What instruments do you support?

We advise that you should send Just your complete FX history, for all instruments and currency pairs that you trade. Just provides post-trade benchmarking for FX SPOT, FORWARD and SWAP contracts. We support all combinations of the following currencies: AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, JPY, NOK, NZD, PLN, SEK, SGD, USD

Where does Just get its benchmark rates?

Just sources spot and forward quotes from 20 banks, ECNs and brokers and aggregates them to determine the best pricing available in the market at a point in time. Where currencies are not directly traded or quoted on the interbank market (for example, forward contracts with arbitrary broken dates), we calculate suitable pricing based on industry-standard models in a similar way to banks' dealing desks.

Why have my trades not been analyzed?

It typically takes up to 48 hours for trades to be analyzed once you upload them. However, sometimes Just may not be able to benchmark trades based on the information you provide. This typically happens for one of several reasons: 1) The trade timestamp was not precise enough. For example, if your provider only quotes the date of the transaction, this is not specific enough since the exchange rate may vary substantially over a 24 hour period. 2) There was insufficient information on the TCA. For example, we could not identify a provider rate quoted on the document you submitted. In this situation we will contact you for further clarification. 3) The trade is too old. Just supports benchmarking for trades from January 2018 onward. 4) The trade is for an financial instrument that Just does not support. 5) The trade is for a currency pair that Just does not support. See the question "What instruments are supported?" for more detail on the contract types and currency pairs that Just supports. In these situations, you will see the trade on the Post-Trade screen, but no benchmarking will be visible for that particular trade.
